Managed connector-trigger integration is not currently supported in App Service Builder.
A trigger reacts to an external event, such as an uploaded file or incoming message, and invokes an action. Connector-managed polling, subscriptions, delivery, and run history are separate capabilities from hosting an HTTP application.
Application-owned HTTP receivers
A Builder web application can expose an HTTP endpoint using its normal application framework. For an external event source, implement the source's documented authentication or signature verification, validate the payload, and bound request processing. Design for duplicate delivery and verify the event source's retry and timeout behavior. Your app must verify the sender and authorize the action; visitor sign-in alone is not sufficient. Calling another service afterward needs separate credentials and permissions. This is application code you own, not a managed Builder trigger.
